Copenhagen has been on my travel list for a while and is now one of my favourite European cities to visit. This was the first stop of our ten-day trip and we had planned to spend three nights here in Denmark. We absolutely loved our time here, it’s such a beautiful city and the food scene is unbelievable.

It was so good to finally visit Paris again, after seeing the city for the first time six years ago. Paris should definitely be on your travel list, it’s a foodie heaven and everywhere you look is simply stunning. My sister and I managed to get some low prices airfares and were lucky enough to be kindly hosted for our trip.

When planning a city break, Florence might not be the first destination that springs to mind and I’m here to tell you why it should. It will definitely be one of your favourites after you’ve visited. We had a wedding in Tuscany, therefore spent a full three days exploring Florence before hand. It manages to combine history, art and beautiful architecture, all with a small town feel. Next time you’re considering a European escape, pop Florence on your list, it was love at first sight for me….
