The Perfect Christmas Cheese Board

Christmas is the one time of year that I break out the cheese board multiple times during the month of December.
Everyone has their preferred and favourite cheeses, I think having a mix of five or more different cheeses will hopefully suit everybody tastes, as well as having some olives, bread, apple and grapes to go alongside it.

If you can’t decide what cheeses to buy this Christmas, I’m recommending and really enjoying the Award Winning Extra Special Cheese Range from Asda. Here is what I used on my cheese board:

– St Endellion Cornish Brie
– Butlers Tasty Farmhouse Lancashire Cheese
– Brie De Pays Cheese
– Creamy Wensleydale Cheese
– Blue Stilton Cheese
– Triple Creme Blue Cheese
– Vintage Gouda Cheese
– Gorgonzola Cheese
– Manchego Cheese
– Parmigiano Reggiano

I would always try and have a hard cheese such as cheddar or red leicester, a crumbly cheese like a Wensleydale, a soft cheese my favourite being a brie and of course, it wouldn’t be a cheese board without a blue cheese. I love the way the cheeses are different colours and different shapes.

What cheese would you put on your ultimate festive cheese board?
