Launch of STK London & Scotch
I was kindly invited to the launch of STK & Scotch, a modern steakhouse in London. It introduces a unique pairing menu in collaboration with Glenfiddich single malt Scotch Whisky. Created by STK London’s Culinary Director Barry Vera and Gelnfiddich’s UK Brand Ambassador Mark Thomson; The idea of the tasting menu is to explore the unique flavour profiles and pairings between the iconic single malt Scotch whisky and STK renowned USDA steak.
